Renewal reminders go out 30 days ahead with the price stated. A plan only auto-renews after the customer has had proper notice of that price. No surprise charges, no awkward calls.
Plan-health monitoring
A nightly check runs every plan's full schedule and flags anything drifting, green, amber or red, and raises a task for your office before the customer notices.
