Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By accessing or using JobFlow's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
JobFlow provides job management software for service businesses. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.
Certain features, including route planning, map visualisation, email delivery, and file storage, rely on third-party services and are subject to the Fair Use Policy set out in Section 5 of these terms.
We may introduce, modify, or retire features at any time. Changes to features included in your current plan will be communicated with reasonable notice.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when creating an account
- Keep your login credentials secure
- Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
- Not misuse or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
- Not use the platform's route planning, mapping, or optimisation features to provide services to third parties or for purposes unrelated to your own business operations
- Not use automated scripts, bots, or other programmatic means to access the platform or its features without our prior written agreement
- Not resell, sublicense, or provide access to the platform to parties outside your organisation, except through the B2B Partner Portal feature as intended
4. Payment & Plan Limits
Billing
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. All prices are in Euro and exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. There are no long-term contracts — you may cancel at any time.
User Limits
Your JobFlow subscription includes 2 user accounts. Additional users may be added at the published per-user rate (currently €10/user/month). Enterprise agreements may include custom user limits as agreed in your service agreement.
Users accessing the platform through the B2B Partner Portal are not counted toward your plan's user limit.
We reserve the right to restrict the creation of new user accounts if your plan's user limit is exceeded without the appropriate upgrade or additional user fees.
Pricing Changes
Plan features, limits, and pricing may be updated from time to time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any pricing changes to existing subscribers.
5. Fair Use Policy
Overview
JobFlow is designed for use by service businesses in the normal course of their operations. To ensure a reliable experience for all customers, certain platform features are subject to fair use limits.
Fair use limits are generous and designed so that normal business use will never be affected. We will always contact you before taking any action related to fair use.
Storage
Your subscription includes 50 GB of storage for file uploads, documents, and attachments. Enterprise agreements may include custom storage.
If your usage approaches or exceeds your plan's storage allowance, we will notify you and work with you to resolve it. Options may include upgrading your plan, reducing stored data, or agreeing a custom allowance.
Route Planning & Map Services
Route planning, route optimisation, geocoding, and map visualisation features rely on third-party services and are subject to fair use limits.
These features are provided for planning and managing your own business operations. Using them to provide route planning or mapping services to third parties, or for automated or bulk usage beyond normal business operations, is not permitted.
We reserve the right to apply reasonable daily or monthly usage limits to route planning and optimisation features. These limits are set well above normal business usage and will not affect typical operations.
Email & Notifications
Transactional email features — including invoice sending, payment links, appointment reminders, and quote delivery — are subject to fair use limits appropriate to your subscription.
Sending bulk unsolicited email, or using JobFlow's email features for purposes other than legitimate business communication with your customers, is prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of email functionality.
Enforcement
We reserve the right to temporarily restrict access to specific features if we detect usage patterns that are significantly outside normal business use, that degrade service for other customers, or that generate disproportionate infrastructure costs.
Before any restriction, we will contact you to discuss your usage and offer reasonable alternatives, which may include a plan upgrade, a custom agreement, or a usage adjustment. Immediate suspension without prior notice is reserved for cases of clearly malicious or automated abuse.
6. Intellectual Property
JobFlow and all related trademarks, logos, and content are the property of JobFlow. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for your business operations during the term of your subscription.
You retain ownership of all data you upload to the platform.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. You may cancel through your account settings or by written notice to us.
On cancellation, your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these terms, including the Fair Use Policy, after reasonable attempts to resolve the issue.
On termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days. After 30 days, we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policy.
8. Data Protection
We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation including GDPR. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
JobFlow does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party services relied upon by certain features, including mapping, email delivery, and payment processing.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
