By accessing or using JobFlow's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

JobFlow provides job management software for service businesses. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating an account
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
• Not misuse or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems

4. Payment

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. All prices are in Euro and exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. There are no long-term contracts — you may cancel at any time.

5. Data Protection

We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation including GDPR.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
