Request Deletion of Your Data

If you would like to request the deletion of your personal data from JobFlow, you can do so by contacting us at info@jobflow.ie with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include your full name, the email address associated with your account, and the company or tenant name you are associated with (if applicable).

What Happens Next

We will acknowledge your request within 30 days and process the deletion in accordance with GDPR requirements. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing.

Upon a verified request, we will delete your user account, profile information, and personal data stored in connection with your use of the platform.

Some data may be retained where we have a legal obligation to do so — for example, billing records relating to your JobFlow subscription are retained for 6 years under Irish tax law.

WhatsApp Data

If you have interacted with a business that uses JobFlow to send WhatsApp messages, your data is held by JobFlow on behalf of that business. You may contact us at info@jobflow.ie or contact the business directly to request its removal.
